Their preference: a proactive, resourceful, experienced and well versed Customer Support Representative.
• Help with customer’s needs and queries.
• Handling Inbound calls.
• Answering Emails.
• Engaging in live chat.
• Candidate must be able to work PST/EST.
• Must have at least a year of experience working as a CSR.
• Can use Zoho, MailChimp, and other CRMs.
• This is a Full Time job.
• Must have excellent command of the English language (written, spoken and comprehensive).
• Should be a self starter, dynamic and be able to work well with a team.
Salary Range is up to $400/month, Payment is via Elance and frequency is negotiable.
